Admission Procedure

Admission

  • The college prospectus and Admission forms are available in the college office.
  • At the time of admission the following documents or Certidicates are to be produced. Students are required to fill them up correctly.

Students Seeking Admission in First Year

B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / B.C.A. / M.Com.
  • Original Statement of marks (H.S.C.) with two photocopies.
  • Original school leaving Certificates with two photocopies.
  • Eligibility form correctly filled.
  • Two recent Passport size photographs.
  • Two recent Passport size photographs should be produced for verification.
  • In case of student from other colleges affiliated to the University of Pune, a no objection certificate, Transfer certificate from the college, eligibility case number and documents related to E.B.C.
  • In case of B. Sc. (Comp.) - Mathematics and Physics are compulsory at H.S.C. Level.
  • In case of B.C.A. at least - 45% at H.S.C. (Arts, Commerce, Science, M.C.V.C. for open)
  • In case of B.B.A. at least - 45% at H.S.C. (Arts, Commerce, Science, M.C.V.C)
For Students from outside Maharashtra.
  • Migration certificate in addition to above stated documents is required.
  • The admission forms completed in all respects should be submitted to the office.
  • Admission will be granted on merit basis.
  • Students are expected to pay prescribed fees at the cash counter of the college at the time of admission.
  • The decision of the Principal in respect of granting admissions will be final.

Examinations

1 Term end and final examinations are conducted by the college as per the rules of University of Pune.
2 All students must appear for the term end / internal / mid semester examinations conducted by the college.
3 All examinations are compulsory. Marks obtained by the students in these exams shall be submitted to the University.
4 The PRACTICAL examination wherever applicable will be held at the end of academic year as per the rules and procedures laid down by the University of Pune.
5 Oral examination (Functional English) will be held for F.Y.B.Com. and S.Y.B.A. students at the end of the academic year as per the University rules.
6 The marks of the oral examination will be submitted to the University and shall be added tot the University mark list.
7 If there is any change in the schedule of the University examination, it will be display on the notice board time to time.
8 80% attendance is compulsory.

Guidelines For Eligibility

A Polytechnic
The Students seeking admission for B.A. / B. Com. / B. Sc. / B.Sc. (Comp.) / M.Com. / M.Sc. Comp. will have to get Eligibility Certificate from University.
The students who have passed D.Ed. with English subject can seek admission for F.Y.B.A. He or she may attach the following documents -
1. Migration Certificate
2. D. Ed. College L. C.
3. Marks - Statement
4. Education Diploma Certificate
The studnets seeking admission for F.Y.B.Sc. Comp. should have passed 12th with Physics and Mathematics.
B Diploma In Education (D.Ed.)
The students who have passed D.Ed. with English subject can seek admission for F.Y.B.A.
C Diploma in Pharmaceuticals (D. Pharm.)
The students who haved passed 2 years Diploma in pharmaceuticals Affiliated to University of Pune, Mumbai and M.S.B.T.E. can seek admission for first year of B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.
D Diploma in Polytechnic
The Students who have passed an Engineering Diploma conducted by M.S.B.T.E. can seek admission for First year of B.A. / B. Com. / B.Sc.
E 12th standard passed students can seek admission for F.Y.B.Com.
F 1. First year B.A./B.Com./Passed External students can be admitted for Second year B.A./B.Com./as the regular studnets. This facility will be provided for A.T.K.T. student also.
2. Second year B.A./ B.Com./Pass External students can be admitted for third year B.A./B.Com. as the regular students.(Ref : P.U./M.I.C./373 Dt. Nov. 13, 2003)
G The students passed in first year from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University can be admitted for second year B.A./B.Com. as regular students (Ref. : P.U./884/Dt. Oct. 28,2004)
H For the students of First year B.A./B.Com./B.Sc./M.Com./M.Sc. Medical Test is compulsory.
I The students must observe all the Rules and Regulations of the College and order of The Principal.

Terms and Conditions for Admission Cancellation :

The students cancelling confirmed admission will be entitled to received the refund of fees after deducting the amount as indicated below except otherwise prescribed by State govt. / University.

1 Within 10 Days from admission. 20 % of the total fees will be deducted.
2 After 10 days up to 30 days from admission. 40 % of the total fees will be deducted.
3 After 30 days. 100 % of the total fees will be deducted..
